The Magnificent sight of the solitary stag is a wonder to see when walking in the countryside.
This iconic wildlife beauty was created using a combination of reclaimed layers of corrugated card and embellished with salvaged packaging with stitched highlights.

This Art piece is made from a variety of salvaged and recycled materials which are layered, cut and stitched together to create a 3D effect.
The background is made using end of season wallpaper samples and the stag is a combination of corrugated card, salvaged paper and fabric scraps, reclaimed buttons and repurposed plastic packaging.

The process of giving materials a second life is called Creative Reuse.
By using second life materials I aim to reduce waste and highlight the value of the things we throw away.
Giving materials a second life has become a passion of mine. Unwanted materials can metamorphose into something completely new and go beyond their original purpose saving them from ending up on landfill.
