It’s April!

How did that happen? Where did February and March go?
We are halfway through spring, the birds are busy, the garden is calling, and it’s time for an all-around refresh

As well as getting a bit of a holiday (thanks, Bank Holiday), April is National Garden Month, National Volunteer Month, and features Earth Day.

Here at Thrift HQ I’m busy not only creating beautiful pet portraits of cherished loved pets but I’m also set to deliver some brand new designs to Heart Gallery in Hebden Bridge for their Botanical Bliss exhibition, and I’m putting the finishing touches to some shop/ gallery trade orders.
I’ll try to squeeze a shop update in there too.

Shop Update coming soon

All my art pieces are made from ‘rubbish’ or as I prefer to call them ‘salvaged materials’. I relish the challenge of using discarded materials to represent animals and birds. I try to capture their personality and movement.
