It’s August.
Time to take a break, take stock, look back on the year recharge the batteries. Get ready and forge ahead into the new season, feeling refreshed and invigorated (that’s the plan).
This month I will be exhibiting at Art in the Pen, selling a collection of my pieces face to face. If you’re in the North it’s well worth a visit with around 200 other artists also exhibiting.
I will be delivering a creative reuse workshop in partnership with my local council in the grounds of the historic Astley hall, and last but not least I’m looking forward to taking a break with my family at the Bolton Abbey estate.

I am a creative reuse and urban forager artist.
All my pieces are created using salvage or as I prefer to call them reclaimed materials.
I relish the challenge of using discarded materials to represent the beauty of our environment. I try to capture personality and movement in my art with a splash of colour and hopefulness.
