Dispatch
How long will my order take? I usually dispatch next day but I say 2-3 days to allow for delays at my end. Once dispatched parcels will take up to 48 hours to arrive.
Packaging
Each art piece is wrapped in unbleached, Acid and chlorine-free tissue paper secured with 100% recyclable paper tape.
Through research I have made the decision to use standard bubble wrap to protect the art pieces during their journey through the postal system. ‘Bio-degradable’ plastics often mean the creation of micro plastics which are very harmful to the environment. Standard bubble wrap can be used several times before being recycled. I have also considered the carbon footprint if goods are damaged and need to be replaced. Card alternatives do not offer the same level of projection for glass items.
The packaged piece is then secured in compostable corrugated card boxes made form 60% – 90% recycled content.
Frames
All the new frames used are created with wood from sustainable forests
Postage
UK post is sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For.
Overseas deliveries are sent via Parcel Force Tracked. I usually suggest that purchases are sent unframed to reduce postal costs. All my pieces are standard frame sizes so it’s easy to find frames to fit. It’s also worth noting a professional picture framer is likely to cost less than sending the piece overseas framed.

Gift Wrap & Tag
I offer a gift-wrapping service on request. This is brown paper decorated with water-based inks secured with bio-tape. The tag is brown card with writing of your choice secured to the parcel with string.
