Returns & Exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
If the delivery is damaged in transit please contact me as soon as possible.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders/ commissions
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If for any reason
you are not happy with your purchase you have 14 days, from receipt, to notify
the me if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements.
All returns must be paid for by the buyer unless the item is faulty in which case I will pay for the return of the item. Custom items may not be returned unless faulty.
I accept Credit & Debit cards, Thrift gift cards, PayPal and Bank Transfers by arrangement.
All items are sent Royal Mail Second Class Signed For or Parcel Force 48 Signed For
Items are sent out by Royal Mail Standard Air Mail.
Will my order come with a tracking number?
Yes. All items are
sent via Second Class Royal Mail Signed for. I will email you with the tracking
number once your item is despatched.
Please note that I am not responsible for any custom fees, taxes, tariffs, duties or other receiving fees incurred.

Wrapping and packaging
I don’t include any prices with your order, but please note if you are sending to any country outside of the UK by law I have to declare the price on the outside of the package.
All pieces are carefully wrapped in unbleached tissue and secured with eco-friendly tape. A Thank You postcard with contact details is secured to the front with a branded sticker. The parcel is then wrapped in bubble wrap* and secured in place within a postal box with compostable paper packing.

If you are sending the item as a gift direct to their address and would like to include a short message just let me know what message you would like to include in the notes section of the checkout process.
